Expression Jewellery

Expression Jewellery is a part of The Stephen Wiltshire Gallery Ltd., a long established family business trading online since 2001. Using our already existing infrastructure, we can ensure smooth, fast and fully insured delivery world wide.

Delivery within UK

Orders up to £500 in value are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery service with a next day delivery guarantee.
Orders over £500 in value are sent using UPS Next Day service with a guaranteed delivery before the end of the next working day.
All of the parcels we despatch are fully insured additionally by our AD94 Art Dealers Insurance and underwritten by Lloyds and come with their unique tracking information.

International Delivery

Depending on the value and weight of your parcel, you may choose at the checkout page whether your prefer Royal Mail International Signed For or UPS as your courier. Royal Mail delivers within 2 to 7 working days to most countries. However, parcels sent to Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Korea may take longer. UPS Delivers world wide within 72 hours from despatch. Both delivery methods come with their unique tracking information and are fully insured.


It is within the discretion of all customs offices to impose additional charges before releasing your parcel for local delivery outside the United Kingdom. In that case the delivery company will attempt to contact you in person, over the phone or by leaving a card at your delivery address to notify you about such charges. Although these cases are rare we would advise you to enter your primary contact number upon orddering with us to avoid delays or the inconvenience of missing your delivery.

Returns policy

Our 21-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 21 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
In the event of Expression Jewellery sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Expression Jewellery within 21 days. Expression Jewellery reserves the right to issue an additional invoice for the replacement item for you if you do not return the original item to us within 21 days of the date on which Expression Jewellery confirms we will issue a replacement.

Please note we can only send your refund to the account we have received your payment from.

If you are returning a parcel in the UK, your local post office will accept the return parcel free of charge. If you are returning a parcel from anywhere else in the world, we will reimburse your shipping cost by refunding your delivery charge from the original order.
Please note, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations certain items are excluded from the cover of our Returns Policy. These are made to order, or custom made items, such as commissioned or bespoke jewellery, unless they are faulty or damaged. However, you still have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, should you inform us before we notify you about the completion (ready for collection or our courier's tracking information) of your item(s) either over email, phone or in person.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
